About Chase
Chase Waterwall has spent his entire career standing up for people in difficult moments.
Before practicing law, Chase served as a Navy officer, where discipline, integrity, and service shaped the way he approaches every challenge. He went on to work as a probation officer, gaining firsthand insight into how the justice system affects real people and their families. Later, as an Assistant District Attorney, he prosecuted cases and saw how the state builds charges—knowledge he now uses to defend his clients with precision and strategy.
Today, Chase uses that rare combination of military service, law enforcement, and courtroom experience to guide clients through the legal process. He understands how overwhelming it can feel to face charges or navigate the justice system. His role is to bring clarity, provide a clear plan, and fight for the best outcome possible.
Whether it’s negotiating a fair resolution or taking a case to trial, Chase is committed to protecting the rights of every client who trusts him with their case. He doesn’t just know the law—he knows how the system works, and he uses that knowledge to give his clients confidence and peace of mind.
