Girl Swears at Judge and Gives Judge Middle Finger

Girl Learns Flipping the Bird And Saying “F*** You” to the Judge Is Not the Best Idea

An 18-year-old, Miami, Florida girl learned the hard way what happens when you are disrespectful to a judge.

Penelope Soto was arrested for possession of Xanax bars. Soto flipped the bird to a judge during her bond hearing on Monday. As you can see in the video, Soto laughed at Circuit Judge Jorge Rodriguez-Choma when he asked her how much her jewelry is worth. He set Soto’s bond at $5,000, then said “bye-bye.” Soto replied, “Adios.”

The judge called her back up and reset her bond to $10,000. Soto asked, “Are you serious?” The judge responded, “I am serious. Adios.”

Soto then flipped him off and cursed at him as she walked away. The judge called her back, ordered her in contempt, and this time sentenced her to 30 days in jail.
