Attorney Jonathan Zendeh Del Helps Client Come Forward Against Marrying Millions Star

Bill Hutchinson, the star of Marrying Millions, was recently arrested on one count of sexual assault, a second-degree felony in Texas. According to a probable cause affidavit filed on June 29 and obtained by media outlets like People, the 63-year-old reality star and hotel developer subjected a 17-year-old girl to inappropriate massages and groping. The victim alleges she was plied with alcohol and marijuana and once fell asleep while intoxicated and woke up to Hutchinson assaulting her.

A Disturbing Pattern

Unfortunately, this young woman is not the only person to come forward with allegations against Hutchinson. At Zendeh Del & Associates, PLLC, we helped another victim-survivor file legal action against Hutchinson for a similar attack, part of which she got on video. In the video, our client can be heard telling the Marrying Millions star to “get off of me,” as the man inquires about her virginity.

The alleged assault took place after our client, a young female college student, sent her resume to the well-known real estate developer and owner of Virgin Hotels Dallas. Instead of offering the student a job or internship opportunity, Hutchinson allegedly offered her alcohol and took her to an apartment, where she tried to fight off the assault.

Our firm plans to enter the job-seeking emails and recording of the attack as evidence in the case against Hutchinson. After hearing news of his arrest, Hutchinson’s latest victim-survivor asked Attorney Jonathan Zendeh Del and national women’s rights attorney Michelle Simpson Tuegel to help her come forward.

It’s now clear to me and to the whole world that Bill Hutchinson has attacked multiple women,” our client explains, “I hope other women who have suffered like me will help each other, and we all band together and hold him accountable for being what he is: a sexual predator.”

Zendeh Del & Associates, PLLC believes our client, and Attorney Zendeh Del criticized Hutchinson for ignoring clear communications and “exploit[ing] a vulnerable young woman seeking professional guidance.”
